Jocko says: "I’m thinking that he didn’t really play this. I think he just played along to a recording."

That's BS. This guy was playing this and well.
I've been playing Bass for nearly 20 years and couldn't touch this if I wanted to. Flawless no - and who cares? I'm very impressed.

I really enjoyed it. It's one of my favourite classical pieces and to hear it on the bass was fantastic. Mozart would be doing it on the bass anyway. Keep up the good work

Loses it a bit at the end, but i'd put that down to the being high up on the neck - Not the easiest place to play bass.

usually in my experience, a bass guitar or a bass or a cello doesn't get a whole lot of melody. i've never seen a performance like this on a bass guitar.

I can't say it was flawless as others have marked it, but WOW that was amazing. Of course you have been trained well! Really awesome job. I wish I played drums half as good as you play bass! Excellent performance.

Damn good, but not flawless. However, this is a good way to reach kids into classical music, so of course I applaud the idea. Oh, and Kudos to the kid, you better keep practicing and I'm hell sure you'll make it!!!

Sounding good, my man.. of course, you always have at least 3 people who can't just say that and need to nitpick any slight "flaw", but I'm sure those guys can't play this anyway.

Even for the occasional "hiccup" in the video, this guy has very good technique. Go with the enthusism and let's continue to see your stuff!

Very impressive! I know that took a lot of work and great amount of natural talent! All of you nay-sayers out there - go ahead and try it yourselves. Not something you can learn and do in a day or two. I'd have this guy in my band in a heartbeat!
